These Terms & Conditions explain the rules, responsibilities, rights and limitations that apply when students, parents, website visitors and course enquirers access PREPON’s website, courses, classes, materials and services.

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of PREPON’s website, courses, classes, study materials, counselling sessions, mock tests, communication channels and related services.
By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, booking a demo class, enrolling in a course, making a payment or using PREPON’s services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. About PREPON
PREPON is an education and test-preparation brand based in Kolkata, India. We provide offline, online and blended coaching, mentoring and preparation support for competitive exams, entrance tests, communication skills, interviews, GD, WAT, PI and career-oriented learning programmes.
2. Eligibility
You may use PREPON’s website and services if:
- You are 18 years or older; or
- You are using the services with the consent and involvement of a parent or lawful guardian.
For students below 18 years of age, enrolment, payments, data submission and course-related decisions should be made by or with the consent of a parent or guardian.
3. Course Enquiry and Counselling
Course recommendations, counselling inputs, preparation plans and career guidance are based on the information shared by the student or parent. PREPON makes reasonable efforts to provide relevant guidance, but the final decision to enrol in a course, attempt an exam, apply to an institution or follow a preparation plan remains with the student and/or parent.
4. Demo Classes
PREPON may offer demo classes, counselling sessions or trial interactions at its discretion. A demo class does not guarantee admission to a course, reservation of a seat, continuation of a discount or availability of the same batch unless confirmed by PREPON in writing.
5. Course Enrolment
A student is considered enrolled only after:
- The required enrolment form or registration process is completed.
- The applicable fee or instalment is received.
- PREPON confirms the enrolment through receipt, message, email or written confirmation.
PREPON may refuse, cancel or hold an enrolment if information is incomplete, payment is not confirmed, batch capacity is full, misuse is suspected or admission is otherwise not feasible.
6. Fees, Discounts and Coupons
Course fees vary by programme, batch, duration, mode and included services.
PREPON may offer discounts, scholarships, coupon codes, instalment options or promotional prices from time to time. Such offers:
- Are subject to management discretion.
- May be changed or withdrawn without prior notice.
- May apply only to selected courses, batches or time periods.
- Cannot be claimed retrospectively unless expressly confirmed by PREPON.
- Cannot be combined with other offers unless specifically allowed.
A stricken-off price, discounted price or coupon-based price shown on the website may be time-bound and subject to availability.
7. Payments
PREPON may accept payments through online payment gateways, UPI, bank transfer, cards, cash, cheque or other permitted modes.
By making a payment, you confirm that:
- You are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
- The information provided by you is accurate.
- You understand the course fee, inclusions, refund rules and payment schedule.
- You agree to the applicable payment gateway, bank or payment-service terms.
Payment confirmation may depend on successful settlement by the bank, payment gateway or payment provider.
8. Instalments
Instalment facilities may be available for selected courses. Instalment approval, schedule, amount and continuation are subject to PREPON’s discretion.
Delay or default in instalment payment may lead to suspension of access to classes, study materials, mocks, mentoring, portals, groups, or other services until dues are cleared.
9. Course Access and Delivery
PREPON may provide course services through:
- Offline classroom sessions
- Live online classes
- Recorded sessions, where applicable
- Worksheets and assignments
- Study materials
- Mock tests and sectional tests
- Doubt-clearing support
- WhatsApp, email, call, Zoom or similar support channels
- GD, WAT, PI, interview and communication sessions
- Performance analysis and feedback
The exact inclusions depend on the selected course.
10. Attendance, Backups and Rescheduling
Students are expected to attend classes regularly and follow the batch schedule.
Backup sessions, class recordings or repeat classes may be provided where feasible and at PREPON’s discretion. Backup support is intended for genuine needs and should not be treated as a substitute for regular attendance.
PREPON may reschedule classes, replace sessions, change faculty, alter timings or shift delivery mode when necessary due to academic, operational, technical or emergency reasons.
11. Student Conduct
Students must maintain discipline in classrooms, online sessions, WhatsApp groups, doubt-clearing channels, mock interviews and all PREPON spaces.
Students must not:
- Abuse, harass, threaten or insult faculty, staff or other students.
- Share offensive, illegal, obscene or disruptive content.
- Record classes without permission.
- Share study materials, class links, mock tests, passwords or internal resources with outsiders.
- Misuse PREPON’s name, brand, faculty content or student community.
- Attempt to hack, scrape, copy or interfere with PREPON’s website, systems or learning resources.
- Engage in cheating, impersonation, fake attendance, plagiarism or manipulation of test results.
- Damage classroom property, digital resources or PREPON’s reputation.
Violation may lead to warning, suspension, removal from groups, cancellation of access or termination of enrolment without refund, depending on severity.
12. Study Materials and Intellectual Property
All PREPON content, including notes, worksheets, assignments, question banks, mocks, explanations, class recordings, videos, slides, designs, website content, logos, brand assets, frameworks, tests, handouts and digital resources, is owned by PREPON or used with permission.
You may use PREPON materials only for your personal learning.
You must not copy, reproduce, sell, upload, distribute, publish, record, screenshot, share or commercially exploit PREPON content without written permission.
12. Study Materials and Intellectual Property
All PREPON content, including notes, worksheets, assignments, question banks, mocks, explanations, class recordings, videos, slides, designs, website content, logos, brand assets, frameworks, tests, handouts and digital resources, is owned by PREPON or used with permission.
You may use PREPON materials only for your personal learning.
You must not copy, reproduce, sell, upload, distribute, publish, record, screenshot, share or commercially exploit PREPON content without written permission.
13. User Content, Testimonials and Feedback
If you voluntarily submit feedback, reviews, testimonials, photographs, success stories, scores, screenshots, comments or suggestions, PREPON may use them for academic, marketing, testimonial, quality-improvement or promotional purposes, subject to applicable consent and privacy requirements.
You must ensure that any content you submit is accurate and does not violate another person’s rights.
14. Results and Performance
PREPON makes serious academic efforts to support student preparation. However, exam performance, admission calls, final selection, interview success, job outcomes or career results depend on multiple factors, including student effort, aptitude, consistency, exam difficulty, competition, institutional criteria and external decisions.
PREPON does not guarantee any specific score, percentile, rank, admission, interview call, final conversion, job, salary or career outcome.
15. Third-Party Platforms
PREPON may use third-party platforms for payments, video calls, forms, analytics, email, WhatsApp communication, mock tests, website hosting, maps, advertising or learning support. PREPON is not responsible for service interruptions, data practices, technical issues or policy changes of third-party platforms.
16. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds are governed by PREPON’s separate Refund Policy, available on the website footer.
By enrolling in a course or making a payment, you agree to the Refund Policy applicable on the date of enrolment.
17. Website Use
You agree not to misuse the PREPON website. You must not:
- Attempt unauthorised access
- Introduce malware, viruses or harmful code
- Scrape, copy or harvest data
- Overload or disrupt the website
- Misrepresent your identity
- Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information
- Use the website for unlawful or harmful purposes
18. Communication Consent
By submitting your phone number, WhatsApp number, email address or enquiry details, you consent to being contacted by PREPON for counselling, course information, demo classes, admission support, payment follow-up, academic communication and relevant promotional updates.
You may opt out of promotional communication by contacting admin@prepon.in.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PREPON shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the website, courses, study materials, counselling, third-party platforms or services.
Where liability cannot be excluded, PREPON’s aggregate liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the concerned student for the specific service giving rise to the claim, subject to applicable law.
20. Termination or Suspension
PREPON may suspend or terminate access to courses, groups, portals, materials, mocks or services if:
- Fees remain unpaid
- Rules are violated
- Access is misused
- Fraud or misconduct is suspected
- Materials are shared without permission
- Behaviour is disruptive or harmful
- Continuation is not operationally feasible
Such action may be taken without refund where the violation is serious.
21. Changes to Services and Terms
PREPON may update courses, batches, fees, faculty allocation, schedules, policies, website content and these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The latest version will be posted on this page. Continued use of PREPON’s website or services means acceptance of the updated Terms.
22. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
Subject to applicable law, courts and forums having jurisdiction over Kolkata, West Bengal shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from PREPON’s website, courses, services or these Terms.
